AlignedMind provides an AI-powered coaching platform that offers:

• Conversational AI coaching based on proven belief reframing methodology
• Belief tree tracking and breakthrough recording
• Personality profiling and awareness tools
• Growth tracking with XP, levels, and streaks
• Breathwork and body-based coaching tools
• Session history and continuity
• Optional live 1:1 coaching sessions with human coaches

3. Important Disclaimers

The coaching provided is for personal growth and self-awareness purposes only. Results vary by individual. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from using the Service.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

5. Subscriptions and Payments

AlignedMind offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer the AI coaching system
• Share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content through the platform
• Attempt to extract or scrape coaching methodology or AI training data
• Use the Service in a way that could harm other users or the platform

7. Intellectual Property

The AlignedMind platform, including its AI models, coaching methodology, design, and content, is the intellectual property of AlignedMind. You retain ownership of the personal content you share during coaching sessions. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your session content to provide and improve the coaching experience.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALIGNEDMIND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED COACHING ADVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
